Facility Rental
We'll work with you during your event to accomodate your guests and create perfect memories of your event. Our job is to make your event a success throughout the experience: before, during and after. Rental our facility provides:
  1. Full use of facilities for event setup and event
  2. Pre-event coordination
  3. Budget Management
  4. On-Site event Management
  5. Post-event cleanup
  6. Self-parking
  7. 12 round tables and 5 long tables and chairs to seat your guests


Bradford Hall is a fairly new facility. It holds up to 350 poeple and we can accomodate up to 2500 if we open the doors and bring the outside in. We can make your event as plain or as elegant as you would like. We offer a full service bar and cater to all tastes. Everything is home made and prepared right on the premises. We have had over 250 weddings since we finished our new hall.
  1. Call now for 2017/2018 reservations.
  2. Bradford Hall rents for $1750 per weekend with a $250 non-refundable booking deposit.
  3. We have items available to make the most elegant weddings or country weddings, tailored to your perfect day.
  4. This provides the hall to your from noon the Thursday before til noon Sunday.
  5. Let's start by booking your private tour of our facilities to make your special day the perfect event.
Additional Services
  1. Ceremony: $300, provides 100 white padded chairs and choice of locations.
  2. Bartender: $100 per for Cash Bar
  3. Catering starts at $14.75 per person without dessert.
  4. Use of Ol MacDonalds Farm sound system: $50
  5. Photographer provided by Ol MacDonalds Farm: $500+
  6. Bonfire with s'mores: $250-$500
  7. D.J. provided by Ol MacDonalds Farm: $400 ~ $900
  8. We accept debit and credit cards with a 4% convenience fee
  9. All fee's are due in full 10 days prior to your event.
  10. Additional equipment: $500 ~ $5500 (for groups of 125+)
